Schneider Electric XVBC9B Audible Warning Device

XVBC9B is a 70 mm audible unit (buzzer) designed to pair with Schneider Electric's Harmony XVB modular tower lights, adding an adjustable audible alert to the visual signaling system. The plastic housing features a Ø70 mm buzzer face and accepts 12–48 V AC/DC power, compatible with standard Harmony XVB power supplies for 70 mm tower light configurations, and it supports either a continuous or intermittent tone. Sound level and tone are configurable via four DIP switches (D0–D3): D0 and D1 select the mode (steady tone, 5 Hz intermittent, or 1 Hz intermittent), while D2 and D3 set loudness from 70 to 90 dB (maximum 90 dB at 1 meter). The unit is designed for industrial environments with an IP65-rated enclosure and a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to 50°C, enabling reliable audible signaling on production lines and in harsh conditions.
