Schneider Electric XS118BLPBM12 is an inductive proximity sensor from the Telemecanique Sensors XS1 family that detects metallic objects without contact. It operates from a 12–24 V DC supply in a three-wire configuration and delivers a PNP output configured NC (normally closed) through a standard M12 connector. The sensing distance is 0 to 5 mm, and the unit carries an IP67 rating for rugged environments, with a maximum current draw of about 200 mA.
