Schneider Electric XPUI4 Input Expansion Module

Schneider Electric XPUI4 Input Expansion Module adds four universal inputs to an xP expansion bus, enabling flexible connection of digital, voltage, and resistance signals to a Schneider Electric controller. The 4‑channel module is designed for use with the xP family (b3 Series) expansion I/O and draws power from the xP bus (the bus provides up to 400 mA; XPUI4 itself consumes about 50 mA). Each input channel supports 0–5.115 VDC with 10 kΩ input impedance referenced to +5 VDC, and the module samples inputs at up to 4 Hz with a 50% duty cycle and a minimum 125 ms pulse width. Physical size is 180 mm wide by 82 mm high by 41 mm deep (7.10 x 3.21 x 1.60 in), and it weighs about 0.22 kg (0.48 lb). Operating conditions are 0 °C to 49 °C and 10–95% RH non-condensing. The XPUI4 expands a controller’s input capability alongside other xP modules such as XPDI8 and XPDO2 in systems built on Schneider Electric’s xP expansion architecture.
