Schneider Electric Modicon Premium 4-slot External Expansion Rack TSXRKY4EX adds four expansion positions to a Modicon Premium multi‑rack configuration, letting you extend I/O capacity without relocating the main rack. Built for IP20 environments, this extendable rack works with Premium backplanes and can be combined with Modicon X80 expansion options to expand I/O across multiple racks within a single installation. Note that TSXRKY4EX has been discontinued for new orders since December 2, 2020, with end‑of‑life service scheduled through December 31, 2026, and Schneider Electric designates BMXXBP0400 as the replacement backplane for 4‑slot Premium configurations. In the Modicon Premium family, TSXRKY4EX serves as a mounting platform for additional modules, enabling scalable configurations via the X‑bus ecosystem across connected racks.
