Schneider Electric TSXMRPC003M SRAM Memory Module

Schneider Electric TSXMRPC003M is a configurable SRAM memory extension card for Modicon Premium processors, providing 192 to 3072 KB (up to 3 MB) of additional application RAM via a PCMCIA interface to boost the memory capacity of high‑performance CPUs. It also offers a data storage area of up to 7 MB for auxiliary data, with online modification supported when the program resides in SRAM memory on the extension card. Compatible with selected Modicon Premium processors—including TSXPCI572/3, TSX57C, and the TSX570 to TSX576 family—the TSXMRPC003M integrates into the processor’s memory map to expand program and data space without replacing the base CPU. As part of Schneider Electric’s Modicon Premium ecosystem, this card is specified as 3 MB maximum SRAM memory, designed for configurable software architectures and online engineering. Note that commercialization of TSXMRPC003M was discontinued on December 2, 2020, with end‑of‑service details extending to December 31, 2027.
