Schneider Electric TSXDMZ28DT Discrete IO Module

The Schneider Electric TSXDMZ28DT discrete solid-state I/O module provides digital input and output connectivity for Modicon TSX Micro PLC systems, enabling sensors and field devices to be monitored and controlled in automated panels. It supplies 28 I/O channels (16 digital inputs and 12 digital outputs) at 24 V DC positive logic, with inputs supporting 2-wire or 3-wire proximity sensors, an input current of about 7 mA, and outputs rated at 24 V DC with a range of 19–30 V and a maximum of 0.625 A per channel; isolation is 1500 V, and performance includes input response times of 0.1–7.5 ms and output response times ≤0.5 ms. Power characteristics include current consumption around 132 mA and power dissipation of 5 W for the input portion and 3.5 W per module output. It mounts on DIN rail or panel and is designed for the Modicon TSX Micro Automation Platform, supporting system expansion, retrofits, or replacement within Modicon control architectures.
