Schneider Electric TMC4AI2 Analog Input Cartridge

Schneider Electric TMC4AI2 Analog Input Cartridge for Modicon M241 adds two analog input channels to expand the controller’s I/O capacity, accepting either voltage or current signals for flexible sensing. Each channel can be configured for 0-10 V or 0-20 mA (including 4-20 mA) with 12-bit resolution, enabling precise reading of sensors and transducers. The cartridge uses a 3.81 mm (0.15 in.) pitch and a removable spring-terminal block for straightforward field wiring, and it measures roughly 50 mm × 21 mm × 34 mm with an approximate weight of 55 g. Designed as part of Schneider Electric’s TMC4 family, the TMC4AI2 is intended to extend IO capacity for TM221 and TM241 logic controllers within Modicon M241 systems, providing compact, plug-in analogue input capability for automation applications.
