Schneider Electric TM4ES4 Modicon TM4 Ethernet Network Module is an expansion accessory for Modicon M241/M251 PLCs that adds four Ethernet ports to controllers without embedded Ethernet. It clips onto the left side of the M241/M251 and connects via the bus expansion connector to distribute power and data across the device network. The TM4ES4 provides four RJ45 Ethernet ports that operate at 10/100 Mbps, enabling direct connections to Ethernet‑enabled devices, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other networked equipment in a Modicon M241‑based system. Power is drawn from the host controller, with a typical current draw of 360 mA at 5 V DC, and the module is rated IP20 for indoor industrial environments. For network management, the TM4ES4 supports SNMP, allowing monitoring and basic configuration over the device network.
