Schneider Electric S33595 Full Function Test Kit

The Schneider Electric S33595 Full Function Test Kit (FFTK) is a complete test solution for verifying the operation of Masterpact NT/NW and PowerPact M, P, and R frame circuit breakers, capable of exercising a wide range of trip units across multiple families. Firmware version 1.60 runs on both Series 1 and Series 2 FFTK hardware, with the software recognizing the attached unit to configure tests accordingly. It supports testing Compact NS/NSJ breakers with STR22, STR23, STR43, and STR53 trip units as well as PowerPacT M, P, R and MasterPact NT/NW trip units, including ET 1.0, 1.0I, 1.0M, and the Micrologic family (2.0/3.0/5.0; 2.0A/3.0A/5.0A/7.0A; 5.0P/5.0H/7.0P/7.0H; 6.0A/6.0P/6.0H). Although the FFTK has been superseded by the LV485500 service interface kit for testing through EPC with an advanced circuit breaker testing subscription, S33595 remains relevant for legacy maintenance workflows and testing across multiple Schneider Electric breaker generations. Historically, the kit’s hardware and software bundle included a protective hard case, a two-pin test cable, an RS-232 PC interface cable, and optional FFTK Report Generator software for test reporting.
