Schneider Electric S163A Micrologic Trip Unit

Schneider Electric S163A Micrologic 5.0P trip unit is an electronic protection module for PowerPact P-Frame and R-Frame molded-case circuit breakers, designed to be installed with a rating plug to set the operating current. It provides Micrologic 5.0P protection with Long-Time, Short-Time, and Instantaneous (LSI) protection, along with integrated metering and advanced protection features to improve fault detection and coordination. The unit is field-installable, compatible with type A rating plugs, and intended to upgrade or replace existing trip units on PowerPact P/R frame breakers to enable digital protection and performance monitoring.
