Schneider Electric LV434000 Modbus Interface Module

The Schneider Electric LV434000 is a Modbus-SL interface module for EnerlinX that connects a single circuit breaker IMU to a Modbus serial network. It enables communication between a ComPacT NSX/NS/NT/NW MTZ, PowerPact, or MasterPact breaker IMU and a Modbus master over a two-wire Modbus SL RS-485 link, using an RJ45 ULP connection. The unit is powered from 24 V DC with a nominal current draw of 30 mA and a maximum supply rating of 3 A, making it suitable for compact EnerlinX installations where space and power budgets matter. As an EnerlinX IFM (interface for one circuit breaker), LV434000 is designed to be installed alongside one circuit breaker in the EnerlinX family, providing the Modbus slave interface for status monitoring and remote control. It supports the Modbus SL protocol, enabling reading of discrete and analog data and writing of control commands through a standard Modbus master, facilitating integration with supervisory systems and PLCs while preserving the protection and coordination logic of the attached breaker.
