Schneider Electric LC1D09 Three Phase Contactor

Schneider Electric LC1D09 TeSys D three-pole contactor is a compact motor starter rated 9 A (AC-3) for switching three-phase loads. This variant pairs a 3-pole, 3 NO contactor with an LRD06 thermal overload relay, providing integrated protection with an adjustable current setting in the 1–1.6 A range to suit small to mid-size motors. It supports operation up to 480 VAC and is commonly used for up to 5 HP motors at that voltage, with a short-circuit current rating up to 100 kA SCCR to help withstand system faults. The LC1D09 family features three normally-open contacts and is offered in coil variants across TeSys D (for example LC1D09BL with a 24 V DC coil and LC1D09ED with a 48 V DC coil), enabling easy matching to control circuits. Built for modularity, the LC1D09 makes it straightforward to add auxiliary contacts and interlocks, and it is designed to work alongside TeSys overloads, external interlocks, and protective devices in conveyors, pumps, fans, and machine tools.
