Schneider Electric HMIGTO4310 is a Magelis GTO 7.5-inch color touchscreen HMI designed for compact, reliable industrial operator interfaces. It features a backlit 7.5" TFT LCD with VGA 640 × 480 display, capable of 65,536 colors, and a resistive touch panel rated for up to one million cycles, with a touch input area of 1024 × 1024. The unit runs on a 24 V DC supply (19.2–28.8 V range) and draws up to 12 W during operation, with lower consumption when external devices are unpowered or the backlight is off. It includes 96 MB of onboard memory and uses a lithium backup battery to retain RAM data during power loss, offering up to 100 days of autonomous memory retention and a 5-day recharge cycle, with an expected battery life of about 10 years. Display brightness provides 16 levels controllable by both the touch panel and software, ensuring clear visibility in fluctuating lighting conditions. The HMIGTO4310 is part of Schneider Electric’s Magelis GTO line and utilizes Magelis operating system software to support straightforward configuration, graphics, and runtime operation for machine control, process monitoring, and operator feedback in manufacturing environments.
