Schneider Electric GV1-M07 Motor Starter

The GV1-M07 is a Telemecanique Schneider Electric manual motor starter and protector for 3-phase motors, rated 1.6–2.5 A at up to 660 V AC. This 3-pole device provides manual start/stop control with a red STOP/RESET pushbutton, a grey START button, and a test button, and is designed for DIN-rail mounting in control panels. It offers thermal-magnetic overload protection with a Class 10 trip and an adjustable current dial (range 1.6–2.5 A; trip threshold at 125% of setting). The unit is rated for IEC 60947, UL 508, and CSA C22.2 applications, with interrupting capacities up to 100 kA @ 380/415 V, 50 kA @ 440 V, 25 kA @ 500 V, and 10 kA @ 660 V. Its horsepower ratings cover 0.5 HP at 115 V, 1 HP at 230 V, 2 HP at 460 V, and 3 HP at 575 V, making it suitable for small to medium 3-phase motors. Terminals are screw type and the device uses a 20 lb-in mounting torque. The GV1-M07 is built in France and is part of Schneider Electric's TeSys GV1 family for compact motor control in industrial panels.
