Schneider Electric's Square D EJB14020 is a 20A, 1-pole bolt-on circuit breaker designed for 277V circuits in NF panelboards, part of the EJB bolt-on family. It uses an E-Frame construction and accepts 14–6 AWG aluminum or copper conductors, with an interrupting capacity of up to 65 kA at 277V. The standard EJB14020 is available as a bolt-on 1P device for compatible Square D NF panelboards, and there are variants such as the EJB14020EPD that add 30 mA ground-fault protection and deliver up to 100 kA max interrupting rating (TAA compliant).
