Schneider Electric AS-J892-101 Programmable Logic Controller Module

Schneider Electric AS-J892-101 is a Modicon 800-series remote I/O (RIO) interface module that provides one F connector RIO port for backplane communication and two 25-pin female connectors for ASCII-device support. It supports linear and dual RIO cable topologies and operates at up to 1.544 Mbits/s, with a programmable drop-hold-up time from 0.3 seconds to 100 seconds in 100 ms increments. The module runs from a +5 V supply with a typical load of 4.0 A for the J892 configuration. It is designed to connect ASCII-based peripherals to a Modicon PLC, expanding remote I/O points while maintaining synchronous timing with the controller.
