Schneider Electric AS-BADU-214 Analog Input RTD Voltage Module

The Schneider Electric AS-BADU-214 is a TSX Compact analog input module for Modicon TSX Compact PLCs, offering four four-pole RTD inputs or eight two-pole voltage inputs, enabling either Pt100 RTD temperature sensing or voltage measurement within a single compact I/O card. In voltage mode, it supports bipolar ranges of ±0.5, ±1, ±5, and ±10 VDC and unipolar ranges of 0–0.5, 0–1, 0–5, and 0–10 VDC, with an input impedance of 1 Ω, a 15-bit plus sign ADC resolution (approximately ±0.003% of full scale), and an accuracy of about ±0.02% MFV with ~±0.11 mV error on the 5 V and 10 V ranges. For RTD inputs, Pt100 sensors are supported across -160°C to +160°C with a resolution better than 0.02°C, while the module provides no electrical isolation from the backplane, includes over-voltage protection up to ±30 VDC, and weighs around 0.45 kg with conformal coating not applied.
