Schneider Electric's Square D 9065-CO-1R is a NEMA-melting-alloy thermal overload relay with a separate-mount design, built for 3-phase motor protection in NEMA sizes 00, 0, and 1. This Type S overload relay is configured for 3-pole systems and supports up to 25 A at voltages up to 600 VAC, making it suitable for small to mid-size AC motors in industrial equipment. It is designed to pair with compatible Square D contactors to form a complete motor-protection assembly, isolating the motor when the thermal element detects overload or stall.
