Schneider Electric’s 8536SB0-2 Open Type Magnetic Starter is a two-pole, open-type motor starter in the Square D Class 8536, Type S family, sized for NEMA Size 0 and configured as Form S (separate control). It is designed to start and stop full-voltage AC motors in industrial control panels, with an open enclosure suitable for panel mounting. In the 8536 Type S family, sizes 00–3 are specified with Form S (separate control), and the SBO2 variant sits within this lineage, aligning with standard overload-relay practices.
