Schneider Electric 140CPS21400 DC Power Supply

The Schneider Electric 140CPS21400 Modicon Quantum Power Supply delivers 24V DC at up to 8A (approximately 192W) to power Quantum PLC components in industrial automation systems. As a PLC Power Supply Module in the Modicon Quantum series, it accepts 115/230V AC input and provides a 24V DC output with protection for overload, overvoltage, and short circuits, and it supports redundancy in redundant configurations to boost system uptime. This rack-mounted unit installs on the Quantum backplane and operates from 0°C to +60°C with IP20 protection, making it suitable for control panels and PLC racks in process environments such as oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, and manufacturing where continuous, stable power is critical. Certified to CE, UL, and CSA, it is commonly replaced by Schneider Electric BMXCPS2010 and PSU8200 family units, including the 140CPS21400C variant when applicable.
