Schneider Electric’s Modicon Quantum 140CHS32000 Hot Standby Splitter Kit is a coaxial-cable interconnection accessory designed for dual‑CPU hot‑standby configurations within a Modicon Quantum automation system. The kit provides two MA-0186-100 coaxial splitter boxes that function as signal combiners in a hot‑standby network, enabling each controller to transmit onto a common trunk while preserving signal integrity. It also includes four line impedances (52-0411-000) to terminate each drop correctly, along with an RG‑11 coaxial trunk cable and a trunk terminator (520-402-000) to terminate the backbone and prevent reflections.
