Schneeberger NH 2-40-40-AL Micrometer Positioning Stage

Schneeberger NH2-40/40-AL Micrometer Positioning Stage is a compact, single-axis positioning table built from anodized aluminum and guided by SCHNEEBERGER MINIRAIL guideways (Type R2-RF) for smooth, repeatable motion. The NH2-40/40-AL variant carries a 13 mm micrometer travel and includes a top mounting surface with M3 holes to accept standard hardware. A calibrated micrometer provides 0.01 mm reading resolution, enabling precise, repeatable positioning within tight tolerances. The stage supports horizontal or vertical mounting, with the clamping device mountable on either side of the stage to suit fixture geometry. Weighing about 0.2 kg, the unit combines a lightweight aluminum body with steel guides to balance rigidity and a compact form factor, making it suitable for benchtop alignment, optical setups, or micro-assembly tasks.
