Schmersal ZQ900-22 Safety Interlock System Module

The Schmersal ZQ 900-22 Safety Interlock System Module is a rugged pull-wire interlock housed in a metal, zinc-die-cast enclosure that accepts three cable entries (M 20 x 1.5) and supports rope-actuated safety with rope lengths up to 75 m. It provides two safety contacts, includes an unlocking pushbutton, a status indicator, and a large termination area, with a design that prevents twisting of the pull eye and an external sealing gland. The device supports both rope pull and rope rupture functionality, enabling monitoring of the rope and its integrity. Constructed to meet EN IEC 60947-5-1, EN IEC 60947-5-5, and EN ISO 13850 standards and bearing CCC and cULus certifications, this module is intended for industrial safety guard applications where long-reach interlocks are required.
