Schmersal SRB-E-322ST Industrial Safety Relay Module

Schmersal SRB-E-322ST is a multifunctional safety relay module designed for Stop 0/Stop 1 safety circuits in machine automation, offering 1- or 2-channel control with three STOP 0 safety contacts, two STOP 1 safety outputs, and one signaling output for compact safety logic around emergency stops, guard doors, and related sensors. It includes a start input, wire-breakage and cross-circuit detection, automatic reset, a feedback circuit, and integrated diagnostics with status reporting and error codes, plus an adjustable drop-out delay from 0 to 30 seconds. The unit is DIN-rail mountable (EN 60715) with removable screw terminals and measures 22.5 mm wide, 98 mm high, and 115 mm deep, weighing about 180 g; it operates in -25 to +70 C and offers IP40 enclosure protection (installation space IP54, terminals IP20). Electrical ratings cover safe outputs at up to 230 VAC (AC-15) and 4 A, and 24 VDC (DC-13) and 4 A; digital inputs tolerate up to 40 Ω conduction, DC-12 24 VDC outputs provide up to 0.1 A, and an auxiliary contact can switch up to 1 A at 24 VDC. The housing uses glass-fibre reinforced thermoplastic and supports standards including EN IEC 60204-1, EN IEC 60947-1, EN IEC 60947-5-1, EN IEC 60947-5-3, EN IEC 60947-5-5, EN IEC 61508, EN IEC 62061, and ISO 13849-1, with PFH 1.25 × 10⁻⁸/h, PFD 5.3 × 10⁻⁵, SIL up to 3, a mission time of 20 years, and a minimum CC F of 65; approvals include CCC, UL, and TÜV.
