It mounts to safety guards via two M6 bolt holes with a tightening torque of 6–7 Nm, and must be inserted securely into the rotary handle to ensure reliable operation. Installation tolerances require a maximum angular misalignment of 2 degrees between the safety component and the actuator, along with axial and horizontal misalignment of roughly ±2 mm, allowing installation in various orientations. The AZ/AZM300-B1 actuator is intended for use within the AZM300 family and is not designed to be paired with the basic EX-AZ/AZM300 components, so compatibility with your guard design and safety switch configuration should be verified for proper function.
