Schmersal BNS 36-11 01Z-R Door Interlock Safety Switch

The Schmersal BNS 36-11/01Z-R is a coded magnetic door interlock that provides 1 normally open and 2 normally closed safety contacts in a glass-fibre reinforced thermoplastic housing, designed for quasi-flush mounting on right-hand doors; it includes a 1 m pre-wired connection cable and requires a separate actuator (BPS 36-1 or BPS 36-2). It supports EN IEC 60947-5-3 safety circuits with low coding per EN ISO 14119, carries IP67 protection, operates from -25 to +70 °C (storage -25 to +70 °C), and offers a maximum switching voltage of 75 V DC, a maximum switching current of 0.4 A, and switching power up to 10 W, with ON and OFF switching distances of 7 mm and 17 mm respectively. The sensor head measures 88 mm wide, 25 mm high, and 13 mm long, weighs about 70 g, and is rated for up to 25,000,000 operations in its NC/NO configuration, backed by a 20-year mission time and compatibility with Schmersal SRB-E safety monitor modules.
