Schmersal BN310-RZ-3M Safety Interlock Switch

Schmersal BN 310-RZ-3M is a compact safety interlock switch built around a magnetic reed sensor, designed to monitor guarded machine access and help enforce safe operating procedures. Encased in a 88 × 25 × 13 mm plastic housing with an IP67 rating, it comes with a pre-wired 3 m cable for easy installation in demanding environments. The actuation range is 3–60 mm, and the device uses a single NC contact in a latching configuration, providing a fail-safe state that remains engaged until reset. Electrical ratings include a switching current up to 3 A and a switching power up to 120 W, making it suitable for common safety-related interlocking tasks on guards and doors.
