Schmersal AZ16-12-ZI-B1 Safety Switch

Schmersal AZ16-12ZI-B1 Safety Switch is a 16 mm, thermoplastic-housed safety switch with high-coding (EN ISO 14119) and a straight actuator included in the M16 variant for robust guarding of machine access points. It uses a 3-pole switching element (1 NO, 2 NC) with slow-action, positive-break contacts and is rated for 230 VAC at up to 4 A and 24 VDC at up to 4 A, with a maximum switching frequency of 4,000 operations per hour. The enclosure measures 52 × 90 × 30 mm and provides three cable entries (M16 × 1.5) for wiring; its insulation rating is Ui 500 V and Uimp 6 kV, with a pollution degree 3 and overvoltage category III.
