Schmersal AZ16-03ZVK-M16 Safety Door Interlock

Schmersal AZ16-03ZVK-M16 is a safety door interlock with a separate actuator, designed for guarding access to hazardous machinery and ensuring the door cannot be opened while the machine is in danger. It provides three M16 x 1.5 cable entries and a large wiring compartment, all enclosed in a glass-fibre reinforced thermoplastic housing (52 mm wide x 90 mm high x 30 mm deep) that is double-insulated and self-extinguishing. The unit includes three NC safety contacts for robust interlock monitoring, and features universal coding with a long service life and high contact reliability at low voltages and currents; it is insensitive to soiling and supports adjustable installation via slotted holes for adjustment and circular holes for precise location. Compliance and approvals include EN IEC 60947-5-1, EN ISO 13849-1, EN ISO 14119, CCC and cULus, with article number 101155113 and EAN 4030661175317.
