Schmersal AES1235 Safety Relay Module AES Series

The Schmersal AES1235 safety-relay module is a 24 VDC safety-monitoring device in the AES series that evaluates signals from position switches and emergency-stop devices to help ensure safe machine operation. Mounted on a DIN rail, it provides two safety contacts (normally closed) and one normally open contact for signaling, plus two signaling outputs and a single status LED, with integral system diagnostics for fault reporting. The unit weighs about 240 g and uses a 24 V DC coil; it includes features such as wire-breakage detection, cross-circuit detection, a feedback circuit, automatic reset, reset after supply disconnection, and earth-connection detection.
