Schmalz SEM-25-SDA Multi-Stage Vacuum Ejector

Schmalz SEM-C 25 SDA is a compact, multi-stage vacuum ejector with an integrated axial silencer, delivering up to 338 L/min of suction at a maximum vacuum of -870 mbar, enabling rapid evacuation and reliable holding of porous materials. The 25 mm size unit weighs about 1.64 kg, operates from 0 to 50 °C, and draws 100 L/min of input air during suction; it is supplied as a ready-to-connect module without a connection cable, with standard vacuum ports and fittings including G1/4" and G1/2" connections for versatile piping. As part of Schmalz’s SEM-C family, it’s designed for fast evacuation in automated handling of cardboard, packing materials, insulating materials, and other porous items, helping to shorten cycle times in pick-and-place or transfer tasks. Note that the SEM-C 25 SDA NO AS variant has been announced as phase-out with availability through May 11, 2026, so users should verify current replacements (such as VD-equipped variants) if continued supply is required.
