SanRex PK90GB-80 Thyristor Power Module

The SanRex PK90GB-80 Thyristor Power Module is a compact, UL-listed power module designed for high-demand rectification and power-control tasks, integrating a 90 A average on-state device with an 800 V rating in a single mountable package. It supports IT(AV) 90 A, IT(RMS) 140 A, and ITSM 1800 A, with voltage ratings up to VRRM 800 V (VRSM up to 960 V) and VDRM up to 800 V, making it suitable for demanding single-phase, half-wave, 180° conduction configurations (Tc 88°C). The module features electrically isolated mounting and is available in PK90GB configurations that accommodate PK(PD, PE, KK) internal connections, with UL E76102 (M) recognition. It offers di/dt of 200 A/µs and dv/dt of 500 V/µs, and is commonly used in applications such as various rectifier circuits, AC/DC motor drives, heater controls, light dimmers, and static switches.
