Saint-Gobain Furon INL2-16MT Industrial Inline Valve
Saint-Gobain Furon INL2-16MT Industrial Inline Valve
Description:
The Saint-Gobain Furon INL2-16MT Industrial Inline Valve is a two-way, manual inline valve designed for ultra-high-purity fluid handling. As part of the Furon InLine Valve family, it uses rolling-diaphragm technology for long life, provides a visual position indicator for safety, and employs No O‑Ring union fittings to enable a welded-style system with rapid component changes and zero dead volume. The INL2-16MT variant is a manual multi-turn model in this line, with end-connection options including Nippon Pillar Super 300 (S3001616-MT), FlareGrip II (F1616-MT), and FuseBond (71616-MT). It features a 1 in (25.4 mm) orifice and a flow factor Cv of 15 for high-flow operation. Key specifications include a maximum liquid temperature of 212 °F (100 °C), maximum inlet/outlet/back pressure of 100 psig (6.9 bar), a 2-way flow path, and an integrated leak-detection port. The valve is intended for high-purity chemistry, slurry, and high-purity water applications, making it suitable for semiconductor chemical delivery and other clean-fluid lines while helping minimize elastomeric contamination in critical processes. Its compact footprint and robust design support reliable inline control in demanding environments.
