The Saginaw Control & Engineering SCE-10086CHNF CHNF enclosure is a compact 10.13 in (H) × 8.00 in (W) × 6.00 in (D) wall-mount cabinet built from 0.063 in carbon steel and finished with ANSI-61 gray powder coating inside and out. It features continuous hinges with stainless steel hinge pins, external screw clamps for quick access, and a pour-in-place oil- and water-resistant gasket to seal out dust and liquids. Seams are continuously welded and ground smooth with no holes or knockouts, and the back includes welded mounting provisions top and bottom plus a ground stud on door and body; 10-32 standoffs are provided for mounting optional sub-panels. The enclosure is designed to protect electrical junctions, terminal wiring boxes, instrument housings, and other electrical control components, guarding contents from dust, oil and water. It carries NEMA Type 3R, 4 and 12 (and Type 13) compatibility and UL Listed Type 3R, 4 and 12, CSA Type 3R, 4 and 12, IEC 60529, IP66, enabling outdoor or harsh industrial environments.
