Ruland ENSP60-20-SS is a two-piece thin-line shaft collar engineered for precise, low-profile shaft mounting on a 1-1/4" bore. Crafted from 303 stainless steel with compatible hardware, it resists corrosion and yields a burr-free finish; its outside diameter is 2.362" (60 mm) and width is 0.472" (12 mm), delivering a compact footprint for tight spaces. The clamp-style, two-piece design provides easy installation and indefinite adjustability without marring the shaft, while delivering perpendicularity within a tight TIR of ≤ 0.002" for reliable alignment when used as a load-bearing face, mechanical stop, or mounting point for gears, bearings, or other components. The ENSP60-20-SS is RoHS3 and REACH compliant and manufactured in Marlborough, MA, using high-quality 303 stainless steel with hardware of the same material and a galling-resistant surface treatment.
