Ruland BC12-1/4"-6MM-A is a clamp-style bellows coupling that connects a 1/4" (0.250") bore shaft to a 6 mm bore shaft, delivering zero-backlash torque transmission and high torsional rigidity via its five-convolution bellows. The assembly features two anodized aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows, with an outer diameter of 0.750" (19.1 mm) and overall length of 1.303" (33.1 mm), plus a hub width of 0.410" (10.40 mm). Rated for speeds up to 10,000 RPM, it is balanced to minimize vibration in high-speed drives and tolerates angular misalignment up to 1.5° and parallel misalignment up to 0.004", making it well suited for precise positioning, encoders, and servo or stepper systems.
