Rotomation A12-90-0-90-S37-3A-10.32-S Rotary Actuator is a dual-rack rotary actuator in Rotomation’s A12 family, engineered for a precise 180° swing with end stops at ±90°. It rides on a black-anodized aluminum body with a one-piece heat-treated alloy-steel pinion shaft and ball bearings for smooth, maintenance-friendly operation. The unit uses a 3/8" diameter shaft (HS37) with a 3/32 x 3/64" keyway and standard 0.375" shaft diameter, and it supports pneumatic control via 10-32 porting (with 1/8 NPT as an option). Load ratings include 305 lb radial and 76 lb axial, and torque is configuration-dependent (approximately 12 in-lb for the 3-position variant and up to 24 in-lb in other A12 configurations).
