Roemheld CLR-2954-449-V Emergency Valve is a DN 4 sequence valve with an integral check valve, designed for direct seat-mount installation on hydraulic workholding fixtures. As part of Roemheld’s 2954 sequence-valve family, it coordinates the timing of multiple actuators in clamping systems by enabling a controlled pressure sequence through a compact body that mounts directly to the tool, with hydraulic supply and return routed via drilled channels in the fixture itself. The 2954-449 variant provides an adjustment range of 100–450 bar and a maximum operating pressure of 500 bar, featuring three through-holes Ø 5.4 mm for mounting and A and P ports on the body for inlet and actuator connections. When used in valve batteries, it can be combined with up to five series valves to form a multi-valve sequencing arrangement fed from a single upstream pressure source, delivering repeatable, high-pressure sequencing ideal for precision clamping and fixture operations.
