RJG LS-B-159-4000 Lynx Button Sensor

The RJG LS-B-159-4000 Lynx Button Sensor is a single-channel, digital strain gage that provides indirect (under-pin) cavity-pressure readings and is designed for use with RJG eDART or CoPilot process control systems. It uses a 0.625" button-style cavity sensor head and an integrated Lynx electronics case for a compact, cable-minimized installation. The sensor is rated for 4,000 pounds and offers standard and hi-temperature options, with a standard sensor head maximum of 250°F (120°C) and a hi-temp version up to 425°F (218°C); standard lengths are available as variants such as LSB159-4000-1.0 (39.37" / 1000 mm) and LSB159-4000-1.2 (47.24" / 1200 mm), manufactured with ±0.13" (3.2 mm) length tolerance. Installation guidance calls for the sensor length to be longer than strictly necessary to allow safe installation and removal of the connector, generally requiring about 2–3" (50–75 mm) of lead-wire slack.
