Rittal AE 1050.500 compact enclosure is a sheet-steel wall-mount cabinet designed for rugged industrial use. It measures 500 mm wide, 500 mm high, and 210 mm deep, and arrives with a single hinged door, a mounting plate, and gland plates in the base. The enclosure and door are textured, powder-coated outside with a dipcoat-primer undercoat in RAL 7035, while the door is 1.75 mm thick and the enclosure shell 1.38 mm, yielding a sturdy enclosure for control gear. It features two cam locks and two locking points for secure access, plus interchangeable door hinges for flexible installation. The AE 1050.500 carries IP66 protection and NEMA 4 compliance, with IK08 impact resistance, making it suitable for dusty and wet environments as well as mechanical stress.
