Rice Lake Weighing Systems SCT-10-AN Transmitter-Scale Load Cell

Rice Lake SCT-10-AN is a DIN-rail mounted signal conditioning transmitter that accepts signals from scale load cells and converts them into output suitable for control systems and data logging. The AN variant is enclosed in a plastic junction box and operates on a 12-24 VDC power supply, making it easy to integrate into existing panel installations. It provides an adjustable analog voltage output (selectable ranges of -10 to +10 V or -5 to +5 V via solder jumper J7) and also includes RS-485 and RS-232 serial ports for digital communication with PLCs, PCs, or SCADA systems. This capability lets a single device bridge the gap between the mechanical scale and the digital control network, enabling reliable translation of load cell information into scanned weight data or integrated process signals. As part of Rice Lake’s SCT-10 family, it supports compact, panel-friendly installation and is designed to interface with load cells in a weigh system, providing consistent performance in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics applications.
