Reliance Electric 14C32 DC Regenerative Drive

Reliance Electric 14C32 Regen MinPak Plus DC drive is a compact, four-quadrant regenerative controller designed for two- to three-horsepower wound-DC motors, intended for a 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz supply. In a sturdy NEMA 4X enclosed package, it provides 180 VDC to the motor armature and 200 VDC to the field, with an armature current rating up to 15 A and a field current compatible with the 200 VDC requirement. As a Regen MinPak Plus model, the drive captures braking energy back to the DC bus, enabling smooth deceleration and energy recapture in winding equipment, small hoists, and conveyor applications. The 14C32 is explicitly a 2–3 HP regen drive and is designed for rugged industrial environments, with tolerance for brief overloads up to 150% for up to one minute. Optional Field Supply Kit configurations allow powering the motor field from the drive when 200 VDC field voltage is required, simplifying installations that rely on a single power source.
