Regloplas 150ST Temperature Controller Thermoregulator

Regloplas 150ST is a single-zone temperature control unit for industrial oil and water circuits, handling thermal oil up to 150°C and process water up to 90°C to support precise heating and cooling in molding and other continuous processes. Powered by the RT200 controller and a high-flow pump, it offers heating capacities of 6, 12, or 18 kW at 400 V and cooling capacities of 58 kW (oil) or 75 kW (water), with pump flow up to 60 L/min for oil and 70 L/min for water. Compact yet robust, the unit measures about 346 mm wide, 690 mm high, and 728 mm deep, weighs around 78 kg, and uses three-phase 400 V, 50/60 Hz power; it features oil/water connections of G3/4" for the process circuit and G1/2" for the cooling water mains. Rugged and configurable, the 150ST's RT200 control delivers precise regulation with IP40 protection, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments where stable process temperatures are critical.
