Red Lion CUB50000 Programmable Indicator Counter

The Red Lion CUB50000 Programmable Indicator Counter is the reflective-display variant of Red Lion's CUB5 eight-digit dual counter and rate indicator, designed for compact panel mounting in industrial environments. The unit features an 8-digit LCD with 0.46-inch high numerals on a 3.0 × 1.5-inch panel footprint, and the CUB50000 designation identifies the positive-image reflective display configuration. It counts input pulses and presents a rate readout; the counter is programmable for one of eight count modes, enabling different counting strategies without external logic. Power is provided via Red Lion's Micro-Line Power Supply (MLPS) option (85–250 VAC) or other compatible sources, with typical base current around 10 mA, increasing when optional plug-in cards are installed (for example, relay or communications modules). Optional plug-in cards include CUB5RLY0 for a single relay output and CUB5COM1/2 for RS-232/RS-485 communications, expanding integration with PLCs and SCADA systems.
