Red Lion Controls APLPV400 Process Voltmeter Module

Red Lion Controls APLPV400 Apollo Process Voltmeter is a rugged 3 1/2-digit LED panel meter designed to display DC process voltages in harsh industrial environments. It features a 0.56" (14.2 mm) high 7-segment LED readout and a sealed metal front bezel (NEMA 4/IP65) for wash-down compatibility. The APLPV400 accepts DC process inputs with a maximum of ±25 VDC and supports wide-range span and offset scaling that covers 1 to 5 VDC process input; front-panel calibration trim allows fine adjustment. An optional 12 VDC excitation supply is available to power the meter, and the unit uses plug-in terminal strips for straightforward wiring. The display provides selectable decimal points to format the reading precisely, and the over-range indication helps operators quickly recognize out-of-range values. Ideal for panel installations in automation and process control, the APLPV400 is used to monitor DC process voltages within control loops, instrumentation panels, and wash-down areas where rugged protection and compact 3 1/2-digit display are advantageous.
