Red Lion Controls APLPV400 Process Control Voltmeter

Red Lion Controls' APLPV400 Apollo Process Voltmeter is a panel-mounted, gasket-sealed digital voltmeter with an integrated scaling network designed for process-control applications. It accepts a DC input signal in the 1.0–5.0 V range and is calibrated to display 00.0 at 1.0 V and 100.0 at 5.0 V, with a one-decimal readout for precise monitoring. The APLPV400 is the “without excitation” variant offered for 115 VAC supply, with the broader Apollo family also including APLPV410 (230 VAC) and excitation variants such as APLPV401/APLPV411 (12 VDC excitation) for other supply configurations. Front-panel controls enable zero, span, and offset adjustments (including the S1 negative offset, S2–S5 coarse offsets, and a front-panel fine offset knob; span is configured via the S7/S10 switches in a representative setup). The unit ships calibrated from the factory to map the DC input directly to the displayed value, making it suitable for monitoring sensor outputs or process signals in automation panels. Common applications include local observation of 1–5 VDC transmitter outputs, panel indications in control rooms or equipment cabinets, and general instrumentation where a compact, true DC voltmeter with built-in scaling is required.
