Red Lion Controls AAMA3535 Signal Condition Module

Red Lion Controls' AAMA3535 Universal Signal Conditioning Module delivers three‑way isolation and universal input/output conversion for more than 100 signal combinations, enabling you to isolate and translate a wide range of analog signals to standard control signals. Configured entirely via DIP switches, the AAMA3535 accepts a full spectrum of process signals and outputs a conditioned signal to PLC/DCS inputs with optical isolation between input and process output and transformer isolation from power to the signal paths. It operates from 18 to 30 VDC power, mounts on a standard 35 mm DIN rail with removable terminal blocks, and is rated for -20°C to +65°C in industrial environments. On the output side, it provides a maximum 30 mA current (output resistance ≤ 500 Ω) and a voltage output up to 15 V (output resistance ≥ 5 kΩ), with CE marking and IEC surge/noise immunity testing supporting robust field performance.
