Recora 1820-12H Brown Corrugated Vinyl Safety Mat is an 18 x 30 inch presence-detection switchmat designed for compact industrial spaces. It features a corrugated vinyl surface with a molded plastisol cover, overall about 0.375 inches thick, and activates at roughly 10–15 pounds of pressure to close a normally open circuit with a 24 V AC/DC SPST contact. The 12H series uses a single 6-foot, 18 AWG, two-conductor lead wire, and Brown is listed as a standard color option alongside black and yellow. The mat is fully molded (not laminated), which helps resist dirt, oil, weld splatter, and most harsh industrial liquids, making it suitable for machine-control applications where operator presence can start or stop equipment based on how the mat is wired.
