Raytek H04GPC Thermostat Temperature Controller

Raytek H04GPC Thermalert GP Panel‑Mount Thermostat Temperature Controller is a 1/8‑DIN GP‑Series monitor designed to regulate process temperatures with two independent setpoints (SP1 and SP2) and two alarm indicators. It accepts inputs from 0–5 V, 4–20 mA devices, or thermocouples, and can provide either a 4–20 mA analog output or a thermocouple output, with factory default configured for 4–20 mA. Powered from 110–220 VAC at 50/60 Hz, this unit is built for panel installations in industrial environments and is compatible with Raytek sensing heads (GPR/GPS) as well as other 0–5 V/4–20 mA temperature sources. The GP monitor features two alarms and displays high/low conditions via SP1/SP2, using indicators that show when the measured temperature exceeds or falls below the setpoints. Thermocouple output is available for H004/H005 inputs only if either °C or °F is activated on the display, per GP Series configuration notes. While Raytek has discontinued the H04GPC, the Thermalert GP family remains documented in official manuals for compatible sensors and wiring schemes, enabling continued use of two‑point control, alarm signaling, and flexible output options with compatible GP devices.
