Raco 8590 Switch Box

RACO 8590 Switch Box is a compact electrical enclosure with a 3 in. by 2 in. face and a 3.5 in. depth. It is gangable, allowing additional boxes to be joined side by side for multi-gang configurations, and it includes mounting ears for secure mounting to a surface. Knockouts (KOs) are provided for conduit or cable entries, supporting standard wiring methods in appropriate installations. The box is designed for mounting a switch or similar device in small-footprint installations and can be expanded by adding compatible gangable boxes to accommodate more circuits as needed. The combination of size, depth, mounting features, gangable design, and knockout access points supports planning of layouts that maintain orderly wiring terminations and device mounting.
